The MetWorks Special Service is designed for use by offshore
marine operations, towage and other marine undertakings other than
by conventional vessels on oceanic crossings. The service provides
essential information for the customer to take full advantage of
the weather conditions appropriate to the success of the venture.
The service is ideal for marine survey work where time can be wasted
and machinery damaged or lost by unexpected changes in the weather
or sea conditions.
The Full Routeing service is recommended
for vessels undertaking full oceanic crossing at normal speed.
The Fast Track service is suggested for high
speed scheduled vessels on trans-oceanic passages.
Our Yacht Services are suggested for luxury
craft and coastal passages. Using Yacht Services
Detailed forecasts can be supplied for up to five days in advance
for a specific area or track along with appropriate recommendations
to suit the requirements of the customer.
Each message will consist of the following details :

the projects progress.

describe all the weather systems in the area and their expected
movement over the next 24/48 hours.

the next five days.
- Significant sea heights (combination of sea and swell waves)
