To use Metwork's Specialised Marine Service the Master or operator provides the the key requirements for the planned operation :

Prior to Departure

Limiting weather factors that may be imposed for operational or insurance reasons.
Details of the proposed project
Earliest or latest times that the operation need to commence
Significant factors or changes which will affect operations

During the passage

If relocating, daily position in UTC with wind and seas experienced
Significant changes to speed, route or destination due to weather or operational requirements.
